Before I get to our happy lead item, a happy “Lettuce Cup” update. I’m past the two-week mark and doing really well. I think of the lettuce cup at least one a day, and it’s so calming and reviving. I know there’s a whiff of “Serenity Now” here, except I’m not slamming down the pain. I’m breathing and letting go. It’s great.
